ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECT
You will play a key role in various aspects of architectural work such as design development, tender, contract management, supervision and project management in multiple projects. The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Residential, and Places of Worship.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent from recognized Universities by the Board of Architect
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in design & project management, with a strong preference for experience in sustainable design and planning.
- Working closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages.
- Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities, and all other stakeholders.
- Able to perform conceptual design up to design development.
- Tender preparation, documentation and calling of tender.
- Familiar with the Building Code requirements and Regulations.
- A flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing.
- Possess excellent people skills and is a good team player.
- Highly motivated, proactive, independent.
- Conversant in BIM (Revit and/or Archicad) will be an advantage.
- Good communication skill.
