To assist the Project Architect/Project Manager in project planning, coordination works of all architectural trades, finishes and interfacing with M&E and Structural detail.
Ensure all architectural drawing, material sample submission, and method statement are submitted on time as per program.
Interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies and propose alternative material/work method for architectural work.
Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.
Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues
Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of Architectural Drafter experience in Construction Sector.
Ability to use AutoCad, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Project, and other digital tools.
