Architectural Associate

Job Responsibilities:

. Assist in design development and documentation of local projects

. Liaise with local authorities on requirements and compliance

. Lead and coordinate with Consultants team in implementing project

. Assist QP in carrying out project supervision

Job Requirements:

. Possess good design ang detailing skills

. Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp, Revit and/or ArchiCad

. Familiar with local codes and regulations

. Able to work independently and meet tight deadline

. Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by BOA with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

. Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
