BIM modelling for architectural/structural & M & E discipline.
Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow.
Prepare design/proposal drawings to specifications set by requirements.
Prepare construction drawing and as-built drawing.
Prepare clash detection for services and other discipline architectl/structure & M & E.
Co-ordinate all architectural drawings and works, materials and supervisor work progress.
Ensure drawings are being controlled and transmitted.
Co-ordinate with Architect, Structural & M & E staff member to resolve any related problems and issues.
Co-ordinate with supplier & sub-con and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
Work out on material take-offs from all engineering drawing.
Supervise a team of NTS & PRC workers.
Conduct site inspection & site measurements & etc.
Job Requirements
Familiar with BCA Conquas/QM and quality control
Good knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements
Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software is an added advantage.
Diploma in Engineering/Construction Managment/Architectural/Building with min 2 years experience in a private residential or with construction companies.
