Attend meetings with client's representative, consultants and main contractor.
Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.
Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings in relation to the project (construction, shop drawings, as-built etc)
Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference.
To check, coordinate and develop drawings to ensure quality drawing to avoid conflicts win the Consultant and Contractor drawings.
To consolidate and coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties and ensure proper searchable records.
Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise in disputes and claims.
