Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform cross checking between architectural drawings & construction drawings for discrepencies and highlight to Project Manager
- Liaise with subcontractors on their works in accordance to design specification and regulations
- Attend progress meeting to assist Project Manager in technical and drawing issues
- Monitor and supervise architectural submissions to ensure smooth and timely delivery according to site progress
- Coordinate with site team and consultants to resolve design discrepencies and issues
- Attend site inspection to ensure works conform to drawing specifications
- Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years relevant experience with a main construction firm.
- Strong ability in interpretation of construction drawings
- Meticulous and highly motivated, good interpersonal skills
