Architectural Drafter - Construction

Responsibilities:

• Provide in preparing and finalizing draft works.
  Manage to receive, organize, and file incoming drawings.
• Distribute, track, and file all drawings efficiently.
• Control the release of drawings to appropriate parties.
• Generate transmittal documentation for drawings submitted to subcontractors.
• Update revision status and compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Assist in coordinating drawings across architectural, structural, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing disciplines
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• With Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in MEP Modelling
