Collaborate with engineers, architects to determine the specifications of the project
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
Project planning, progress reports and claims
To monitor the progress of projects and coordinate with supervisors
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) according to budget
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be meet
Preparation of method of statement, risk assessment for various installation works
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Contract management including tracking of variation orders and extra costs
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Familiar with the external and civil work requirements
Familiar with AutoCad
Tech Savvy and able to adapt quickly to technology tools
Effective communication skills good command of spoken and written English, in order to be able to communicate with with English speaking colleagues and clients
Adaptable multi-tasker capable of working in a flexible start-up environment and think out of the box; to juggle different hats, switch between roles
