Architectural Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site architectural work to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address design-related issues.
• Review architectural drawings, detailing, and specifications, ensuring proper implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor the progress of architectural work to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure that materials used conform to approved specifications and drawings.
• Assist in resolving any technical or design issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to project management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supervising architectural works on construction sites.
• Hands-on experience in coordinating with architects, contractors, and site teams for the execution of architectural designs.
