Architectural Supervisor

Job Requirements:

. Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management from a recognized institution

. At least 3 years of working experience in construction/project management which includes structural, architectural works and Medical

. Proficiency in MS Project, Autocad, Excel, Powerpoint

. Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in managing with all levels of managements

. Well-versed with BCA and other relevant authorities regulations

. Possess strong leadership quality, good organizing skills, independent, responsible, analytical, and initiative

Job Description:

. Ensure compliance of drawing with regulatory specification

. Prepare and check drawings / shop drawings

. Carry out work according to design schedule such that they are completed on time and in accordance with client's specification and statutory regulations

. Attend site / TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans

. To ensure projects meet customer's quality standards
