Job Scope:
- Coordinate architectural design and documentation efforts between project teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with design specifications
- Manage project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of drawings and documents
- Review and approve architectural plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Facilitate communication between team members and resolve any design-related issues
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders
- Maintain organized project documentation and archives
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Support the project manager in budget and resource management
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a main construction firm
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings
- Meticulous, highly motivated, and possesses good interpersonal skills
