Job Description:

1. Build and maintain a strong and efficient team.
2. Responsible for setting sales targets and managing the teams under their portfolio to achieve the sales objectives
3. Responsible for the development and performance of brand, by establishing and implementing plans in promotions, events, merchandising and staff development and movement.
4. Manage and coach the retail team (Branch Managers, Front Desk and Therapists) to improve store team motivation, sales productivity and customer service.
5. Work closely with internal teams (Supply chain, Marketing, Customer Service, Learning & Development, HR etc).
6. Sales operation responsibilities including promotion execution, managing customer issues, auditing of operating protocols and vetting of rosters and commission reports.
7. Responsible for the daily operations of the outlets, training of staff.

Requirements:- At least 5 years of working experience in Retail which includes 3 years of supervisory skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability).
