Job Description

• To assist the Operations Manager to manage and oversee daily the operations of the outlets under your cluster.
• Work with the Operation manager to ensure outlets optimize sales.
• To ensure FOH complies with operations standards and procedures.
• To conduct interview and recruit front line staff.
• Prepare weekly schedule.
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Operations Manager min 3 years of F&B experience
• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detailed and result orientated.
• Excellent communications skills
• High adaptability and willing to learn.
• Willing to travel to different outlets.
