Area Manager

We are looking for highly enthusiastics and energetic Area Manager to oversees multiple stores performance to ensure smooth operation daily and assist with the overall growth and success of the Company. You will be accountable for the success of your individual store by managing the KPI highlighted below.

• Prior experience in managing multi-site F&B outlets
• Excellent interperonal & communication skills with excellent written & spoken English
• Ability to work as part of team in a fast paced, continually changing environment
• Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements and SOPs within the Operations team.
• Drive sales to hit monthly target set for the store
• Complete weekly store admin and reports and liaise with Operations and head office staffs
• Maintain stores cleanliness and vibe
• Able to work on weekend and public holidays
