Job Description
- Instill company's management philosophy, value system, and ensure that all employees have consistent behavior.
- Specify a set of standard operating procedures, procedures and policies and ensure strict compliance by all employees.
- Responsible for coordinating activities and ensure effective dissemination and implementation to all restaurants.
- Responsible for the business performance of all restaurants, ensuring quality, safety and hygiene standards are compliance with local regulations.
- Responsible for the business and financial success of all restaurant operations, including staff and food costs
- Responsible for people management incentives, training and development and payroll management.
- Develop standard operating procedures and develop and teach staff to deliver an excellent service experience consistently.
- Handles all guest inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversees food and beverage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures, processes and policies.
- Combine monthly management reports for all restaurants to ensure accuracy and timely submission to management.
- Participate in regular operational reviews and propose improvement plans to management.
Requirements
- Willing to work roster, weekends and public holidays.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience to manage multiple restaurants.
- Energetic, team work.
- Sound leadership, analytical skills and service oriented.
- Independent, resourceful and able to work in fast paced environment
