Job Description - Educate children on basic art principles and techniques while encouraging creative expression and nurturing artistic abilities.
Have a passion for art related activities like drawing painting and clay art. Love to engage and able to communicate effectively with children (from 3 to 12 years old) Must be cheerful, honest, and willing to take initiative.- Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
Create positive classroom environment that is conducive in learning, by interacting and engaging with children
- Foster and promote social development in the student by encouraging good behaviour and
positive interaction with others
- Execute lesson plans according to in-house training standards and facilitate art teaching in a group setting
- Primary responsibilities:
Take art classes and educate children on basic art principles & techniques while encouraging creative expression and nurturing artistic abilities.
- Increase the number of students & sign-ups by proposing new ideas of engagement.
Engage with potential sign-up parents and pitch about MuzArt and the Art curriculum being offered at our centre.- Follow-up via phone on leads received by email or other means.
Collect payment from current and new sign ups and issue receipts.
- Check MuzArt email and prepare response to queries from HQ.
- Secondary responsibilities: (while not being engaged in primary responsibilities)
Engage parents of existing students as needed by manning the front desk.
- Take care of any other admin work at the counter.
Update students Class dojo.- Make sure the class is clean and prepared for the next session.
Clean up the centre every day at the end of the day before closing.
- Oversee the daily operations including opening and closing of the centre
Be the forefront in managing customers enquiries and expectations- Handle student registration, payment, class scheduling and attendance
Drive student enrolment by promoting the benefits of art learning
- Develop good relationships with parents and update them on their childrens learning progress
* Support in the Company events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties that may be assigned from time to time
