Job Description:- Take charge of daily operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
Preparing sourdoughs, shaping and baking of products
- Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
Minimise wastage and spoilage of ingredients- Ordering of new supplies and ingredients
Ensuring the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
- Cleaning of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 years of working experience or more as a full spectrum Baker or relevant role.
Possess food hygiene and safety certification.- Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team
Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)- Experience in pastry is advantageous
Responsible, strong attention to details and actively problem solve
- Performance driven, instead of clock watcher
Work Arrangement:
- Working hours: 7am - 4pm, 1 hour break
Working days: - 5 days per week
- Required to work on Public holidays
