Job Description:
Take charge of daily operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
Preparing sourdoughs, shaping and baking of products
Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
Minimise wastage and spoilage of ingredients
Ordering of new supplies and ingredients
Ensuring the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
Cleaning of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.
Job Requirement:
At least 1 years of working experience or more as a full spectrum Baker or relevant role.
Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
Able to work as a team
Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
Responsible, strong attention to details and actively problem solve
Performance driven, instead of clock watcher
Experience in pastry is advantageous (but not essential)
Work Arrangement:
Working hours: 7am - 4pm,1 hour break
Working days:
- 5 days per week
Required to work on Public holidays
