Talent and Production Oversight: Lead the recruitment, selection, and management of performers, designers, and other key creative personnel. Collaborate with creative teams (directors, choreographers, musicians, etc.) to develop and execute artistic projects that maintain high artistic standards. Supervise rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and performances to ensure artistic consistency and quality.
Strategic Partnerships and Networking: Foster relationships with external artists, collaborators, and organizations to create meaningful partnerships and expand the company's artistic reach. Represent the company at industry events, festivals, and conferences, raising its profile and fostering connections in the broader artistic community.
Budget and Resource Management: Work closely with the management team to develop and manage the artistic budget for productions and projects. Ensure that all artistic endeavors are completed within budget and on schedule, balancing creativity with fiscal responsibility.
Audience Engagement: Partner with the marketing and communications team to promote productions and enhance audience engagement. Develop strategies to grow and diversify the audience base, ensuring that the company's work is accessible and resonates with a wide range of communities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in the Arts, Theatre, Music, Dance, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum X years) as an Artistic Director or in a senior creative leadership role within the performing arts or entertainment industry.
A portfolio that demonstrates a strong creative vision, successful project management, and a record of high-quality artistic productions.
