We are seeking highly motivated and talented fresh graduates with less than 2 years of experience to join the ASPIRE: Prudential Corporate Graduate Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are interested in becoming a future-ready leader. ASPIRE is a two plus three-year programme that offers a forward-looking, holistic and deliberate development programme aimed at accelerating progression for successful candidates through targeted interventions to build future-ready leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

. Participate in various departmental rotations for the first two years throughout the organization, including Distribution, Customer, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Operations, among others.

. Lead and execute company-wide projects to drive strategic initiatives

. Attend training sessions and self-study to gain knowledge and insights into the insurance industry

. Participate in short-term projects to gain new skills and development opportunities

Job Requirements:

. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

. Less than two years of work experience.

. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

. The ability to work collaboratively and independently.

. The willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
