Assembly Manager (Based in JB)

. Lead a team of Assembly Operators / Engineers

. Handle the cost efficiency, quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process

. Develop and maintain Manufacturing operations business plan to include all program requirements, labour hours, cycles, production costs, to ensure that all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met

. Setting up production goals and meeting target dates, completing paperwork daily related to the assembly line, and communicating with other departments

. Identify problem solving and improvement projects, establish targets, organize resources, define technical requirements and develop plans to achieve costs and quality objective

. Review production and operating reports

. Generate weekly and monthly reports as requested

. Support customer audits as and when required

. Enhanced safety and quality programs to exceed company standards
