Able to perform Installation, Test/Commission, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM), repair and troubleshoot on healthcare equipment/system.
. Respond, monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
. Plan and schedule PM or CM.
. Provide post-sales support when require.
. Liaise and coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, contractors, customers for projects.
. Assist project team in project execution.
. Attend to service calls.
. Collaborate & gather feedback/prospect and share with team members
. Any ad-hoc duties or calls as assigned.
Requirements
. NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
. Experience with software assisted technical service diagnostic & testing equipment.
. Minimum 2-3 years experience in relevant field. Entry level candidates with willingness to learn are welcome.
