Assistance Operation Manager
Salary: 2500-3500 SGD/month

main responsibilities:
- Communication with customers / co-loader / overseas agent for export shipment arrangement
- Response to customer's / co-loader / overseas agent's email
- Planning console box to overseas
- Able handles declare all kinds of import / export permits
- Create job no / Key in shipment details / voucher & etc system
- Arrange / coordinate closely with all parties for delivery / pick up
- Ensure that all jobs are monitored / timely updated in system / Billing
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
General requirements:
- Qualification: Secondary School / O or N Level / Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience working in / freight forwarder or freight consolidation companies will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS office
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn fast and pays attention to details.
