Assistant Accounts Manager (Ubi)

• To prepare cashflow forecasting reports, financial reports for HQ in Japan, and regulatory submissions.
• To oversee & manage all accounts functions.
• Manage external accounting service provider, which undertakes the functions of bookkeeping, GST, and annual tax returns.
• To manage all AR accounts receivable functions
• To manage all AP functions, including sales commission system.
• To reconcile and manage bank accounts in different currencies daily.
• To manage bank applications such as Letter of Credit and Performance Bond.
• 10 years of experience in Accounts preferable.
