Summary of Responsibilities
- Ensure that all audiovisual equipment and lighting of all function room are in order and good working condition to facilitate the smooth running of daily events
- Advise and assist in the planning, selection, production and supply of audiovisual materials
- Develop functional and operational test procedures to evaluate quality and performance of video or audio reception, production and transmission to meet hotel standards
- Perform preventive maintenance of audiovisual equipment
- Monitor and maintain inventory records of audiovisual equipment
- Provide advise to external or internal guests in analyzing technical difficulties
- Attend BEO Meetings
- Be guided by and adhere to the MOHG standards
- Provide the AV Team with clear objectives, constant feedback and training to further enhance department's level of service
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of AV experience at a managerial level
- Able to do shifts and work on weekends, 5 day work week
- Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
