Assistant BMS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues on installed Building Automation Systems.

Identify and resolve communication problems between control devices and other components.

Conduct routine software maintenance on installed Building Automation and Energy Management Systems to ensure optimal performance.

Provide assistance and support for system installations, configurations, and adjustments as needed.

Work closely with team members to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with system specifications and requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

Understanding of HVAC, Building Automation, Energy Management, or related control systems.

Basic knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, MODBUS, and LON.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
