In this LVMH Beauty Division, a dedicated team to Travel Retail business, has been assigned to develop and to bring to Travel Retail customers a unique client experience with each one of our Maisons DNA.

LVMH Beauty division to support Houses business development is implementing new IT tools to follow key business KPIs at Retail, sell out, sell in and P&L levels.
Job Description
THE CONTEXT
MAKE UP FOR EVER is a collective of makeup artists. We celebrate everyones unique beauty. We are looking for a talent who is result oriented and enjoys challenges in the retail industry.
Reporting to a Brand Manager based in Singapore, you will play a significant role in driving MAKE UP FOR EVER brand growth with strong retail strategy and smooth retail operations planning and execution.
YOUR IMPACT _________
This person is responsible for driving sales through retail in Sephora stores and Boutique in Singapore. You will also be responsible in supporting the retail team to grow brand performance & ranking in all channels. This person will foster love and professional makeup artistry of MAKE UP FOR EVER to Sephora Beauty Advisors and own MU Experts.
YOUR MISSION _________
RETAIL SALES DEVELOPMENT:
Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximize business profitability.
Track sales performance and provide guidance to Boutique / Sephora teams.
Implement and monitor monthly brand sales focus, sales target, and individual BAs sales target. Constantly review and analyse achievements and develop strategies to close sales performances gaps.
Work closely with brands Trainer on individual BAs training to motivate team to achieve their sales target (total brand and individual)
VISUAL MERCHANDISING:
Ensure counter is visually appealing aesthetically and in accordance with brands guidelines.
Work closely with Brand Manager and trainer on new products launches and execute new product launch plan, according to marketing calendar.
Proactively adjust product display/GWP display, maximizing sales efficiency.
Ensure counter display reflects monthly sales and marketing focus.
Ensure that the counter display reflects the monthly sales and marketing focus.
Ensure tip top store cleanliness as per brand guidelines, and tip top VM change/display.
Ensure timely execution/management of monthly marketing animation and activation.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
To ensure accuracy and timelines on store inventory - ordering and return.
Follow up product arrival and on-shelf time through close communication with Brand Manager.
Inventory cleaning and management of discontinued and expired products. Follow up the disposal of discontinued products.
Monitor product inventory and communicate with store operations supervisor to ensure stable supply.
GENERAL OPERATIONS:
Be the key point of contact at all times to drive workshops and store events.
Be the first point of contact on guest complaints and be responsible for onwards escalation, when needed.
Roster management
Ensure accuracy on half-yearly audit check.
Hold short weekly meetings to inform BA and BTQ of sales targets, completion rate, incentive plan, key products, and display adjustments.
Ensure that BA grooming meets brand standards.
Ensure that the Specialist /BA/ GS on the counter can provide excellent customer service in accordance with the brand's service standards.
REPORTS:
Timely submission of daily sales / monthly reports
Timely submission of teams commission and allowances monthly.
SUPERVISION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT OF BAs:
Ensure that BA grooming meets brand standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Be a role model for the team for sales and customer service.
Motivates Beauty Advisors and establishes good team relationships and maintains team harmony.
Assist and work with Brand Manager in recruitment of BAs.
Partner with Trainer to ensure BAs are integrated into the brand with strong brands introduction and have strong basic product knowledge.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU OFFER _________
A minimum 3-5 years experience in prestige beauty sales experience including 2-3 years counter management.
Sales performance driven and proven sales track record.
Mature, open-minded with a strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and achieve objectives with a team, solutions-driven, energetic, team player, ability to multi-task and strong willingness to learn.
Customer service oriented
Comfortable with a face paced environment.
Passion for make-up and artistry.
Willing to work retail hours.
Skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers is a plus.
Well-groomed with good understanding of luxury and prestige.
