Job Description

• Develop strong and productive relationships with customers to meet their service expectations and create a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all reservations and answer customer enquiries via online booking platforms
• Be responsible for complaint handling.
• To liaise with internal departments including Hong Kong and Singapore BD teams and Dubai Call Centre, collect and consolidate client requirements and coordinate with the service vendors to meet customer expectations
• Establish e-sales channel and plan according to the development strategies for key client accounts
• Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues
• Deliver training programs on product knowledge and the use of multiple online booking platforms to APAC end-users
• Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep up with technological changes in the product

Job Requirement

• Preferably Degree holder or equivalent
• Min. 3 years experience in an operational sales or account management role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management skill and handle multi-tasks independently to meet tight deadlines
• Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
