Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads and opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas
• Effectively communicate the company's products, services, and value proposition to potential customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on business development activities, pipeline, and key metrics
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales enablement content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in business development
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by identifying new revenue streams and strategic partnerships

Job Requirement

• Preferably Degree holder or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Experienced in Travel,Transportation or Events Industry preferred
• Proven track record of successfully generating new business and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
