We are seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager for our client ST Engineering.

Assistant Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in the space and satellite market

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations

. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including satellite operators, space agencies, governments, and industry leaders

. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop tailored solutions for customers

. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability

. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events

Requirements

. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

. Certification in business development or sales (e.g., CBDO, CSO)

. 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the space and satellite industry

. Strong network and connections within the industry

. Proven track record of successful business development and deal closure

. Experience working with government agencies, space agencies, or international organizations

. Familiarity with satellite communications, Earth observation, navigation, or space exploration

. In-depth knowledge of space and satellite technologies, applications, and market trends

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
