Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models using software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Work closely with engineers and project teams to develop design concepts and solutions.
- Produce accurate technical drawings, layout plans, and assembly drawings.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to optimize design for efficient production.
- Perform design modifications and provide engineering change orders as needed.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of design revisions and updates.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD software and design techniques.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
