The Assistant Cash Leader for Cytiva is responsible for active management of Cytiva treasury and cash management activities in the APAC region with emphasis on working capital, credit assessment, collection and trade financing.
This position is part of the Cash & Treasury finance group in APAC region and will be onsite. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Manage Customer Credit Control: underwrite credit limit for new customer, monitor credit control including credit hold releases, provide advice on ad hoc solution for customers (collateral, letter of credit, repayment) for one-off scenarios
Monitor collections performance for APAC region, including partnering with Collection and Commercial teams to drive improvements
Advise and partner with commercial team on the request and issuance of trade financing instruments to facilitate commercial activities. Review trade applications for documentary credit presentation and export bills. Deliver cash and treasury regulation, policy and process training to operation, commercial and finance team in the region
Identify opportunities and participate in Treasury and cross functional process improvement projects, leveraging Danaher Business System tools as required
Who you are:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance.
Solid PC skills, experience with financial systems/applications (eg. Onestream, ORACLE, etc.), strong Excel skills
Demonstrated experience successfully leading projects and process improvements within Finance or Operations.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Dealing with cash and treasury activities, banks and banking systems
Working in a matrixed environment & good communication skill to collaborate with commercial & operation teams
