Interested in educational leadership We are looking for energetic and confident self-starters with good leadership qualities, organisational and communication skills to manage our branches.

Job Description:

• To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Branch.
• To ensure that the welfare and needs of the children are met at all times.
• To act as a role model for the Company to the parents and keep the Management updated of any issues.
• To ensure staff are motivated at all times and maintaining high enrolment levels.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a leader and an effective team player
• Patient and genuine love for children
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others
• Good organisational and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to attend workshops and staff meetings
• Initiative and ability to excel under pressure
• Good work ethics and uphold a professional disposition at all times
• Familiar with student care or primary education
• Minimum qualifications: Diploma
