Job Descriptions:
. Assist Chef in ensuring smooth & efficient daily kitchen operations & food preparations and implementation of new menu
. Prepare/cook dishes according to cafe's standards of quality control, recipes, cooking techniques and food presentation to the guests.
. Ensure food storage, handling and hygiene are in accordance with NEA regulations and standards.
. Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and in good working conditions.
. Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
. Maintain proper and sufficient stock of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment within company's guidelines for smooth running of daily operations
. Maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues and continual improvement through guests feedback
. Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.
. Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.
Job Requirements:
. Singaporean and PR only.
. Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
. Minimum secondary school education with a valid WSQ food safety & hygiene certificate
. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
. Able to work independently and support other team members proactively in a fast-paced environment
