- Liase with the Director and Project Team to address any contractual disputes that arise during projects, investigating and resolving or appropriately referring disputes and complaints in line with contractual requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project needs.
- Oversee overall planning and execution to ensure effective resource and manpower optimization.
- Initiate, coordinate, and manage interactions among various disciplines and personnel to support the project.
- Assist in administering the main contract.
- Handle all quantity surveying tasks, including valuation, submission of variations, budgeting, cash flow management, processing claims, contract payments, and final account settlements, in collaboration with the procurement team.
- Help prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for tenders.
- Provide guidance on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
- Analyze project outcomes and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Assess completed work and submit progress claims.
- Monitor variations in ongoing projects that may impact costs.
- Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
- Prepare and submit catalogues and sample boards.
