Job Duties/Scope
- . Ensure ingredients and cooked food are fresh.
- . Follow recipes
- . Prepare, cut food ingredients.
- . Bake, steam, boil, fry meats, vegetables, fish and other food ingredients
- . Keep work area clean and safe.
- . Keep handling utensils, equipment and dishes clean.
- . Check quality and freshness of ingredients.
- . Accommodate customers special requests, where possible.
- . Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens etc.
- . Oversee kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Responsible and diligent.
- Able to work well under pressure.
