As we expand our team, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to support our customer service department and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. The role requires a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person, providing clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Order Support: Assist customers with placing orders, checking product availability, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and make informed recommendations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, and update order statuses in the company's customer service management system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and timely deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining customer service records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE N level or equivalent with 1 year of customer service working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and customer service management systems (CRM) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
