As we expand our team, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to support our customer service department and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. The role requires a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person, providing clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Order Support: Assist customers with placing orders, checking product availability, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, and update order statuses in the company's customer service management system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and timely deliveries.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining customer service records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE N level or equivalent with 1 year of customer service working experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially when dealing with challenging customer situations.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and customer service management systems (CRM) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Other Information:

  • Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm), Alternate Sat (8.30am - 1.00pm)
  • Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station / Admiralty MRT Station
