MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop longitudinally scaffolded content/curriculum resources to promote social-emotional and mental wellbeing for children/youths and enhance their adoption of healthier behaviours.
To assimilate preventive health interventions into the school eco system to be delivered by school teachers as part of their curriculum delivery.
To lead a multi-disciplinary team to build engaged access to schools and perform the functions as Health Manager for Schools.
To mobilize effective preventive intervention programmes by 3rd parties and curate programmes based on the needs of individual schools.
To conduct ground-sensing studies and/or literature review to identify key factors that drive existing health behaviours of children/youths in specific settings.
To establish evaluation matrix to measure and track progress on the above following the implementation of intervention programmes.
To initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control projects that may be assigned from time to time.
PROFILE OF CANDIDATE
Tertiary education in relevant discipline.
Practical experience in designing and developing training curriculum.
Experience in programme development for school settings will be advantageous.
Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams and managing internal/external stakeholders will be advantageous.
