You will be part of the wider team in conceptualising and operationalising Enterprise Risk Management to enable GovTech line 1 divisions in an agile manner and to facilitate identification of Tech and Non-Tech risks that impede GovTech in achieving its mission and strategic outcomes, cause significant damage to GovTech's reputation, and/or severely disrupt GovTech's provision of mission-critical services to WOG and the public. Effective internal /external key stakeholder management is key and strong collaboration and partnership with divisions across SNDGG are critical for this role.
- Support GovTech's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function with a focus on product strategy, product management and product pricing.
- Work with the risk owners/teams to develop and operationalise Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including the risk appetite and tolerance.
- Review risk assessments across Line 1 product and project teams and provide recommendations on enterprise risk strategies for GovTech.
- Review the state of risk management, identify gaps, benchmark with industry best practices and provide recommendations.
- Provide timely risk reporting to GovTech Management and Board Committees.
- Stay up-to date with industry best practices and emerging risks.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduate Degree preferably in IT, software and computer engineering.
- Min 12 years ICT experience, preferably with at least 5 years in ICT management positions and at least 3 years in digital product and digital risk management
- Strong ability in system thinking and to identify problems, root causes and critical thinking to challenge the status quo with confidence and courage to raise/escalate issues in a consultative and professional manner
- Good organizational skills to drive company-wide initiatives, manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise workloads
- Self-motivated and with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders of all levels
