Assistant Director of Nursing

They are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who can support the DON (Director of Nursing) with overseeing nursing operations, playing a crucial role in promoting quality patient care, optimizing nursing practices, and contributing to strategic planning within the organization.

Job Requirements

Assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) with the following responsibilities:

• Approving nursing operational and budget work plans
• Establishing nursing service standards to ensure safe care for residents
• Developing emergency response plans in accordance with organizational directives and collaborating with relevant departments for national emergencies
• Promoting operational process improvements
• Identifying, developing, coaching, and mentoring high-potential nursing staff for key leadership roles
• Managing manpower resources and providing consultation to stakeholders on recruitment and retention strategies
• Setting directions, targets, and work plans that align with organizational priorities

Job Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and managing nursing functions
