Assistant Director of Nursing

Location: HQ Tampines

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in various key areas, including:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Approving nursing operational and budget work plans.
2. Determining nursing service standards to ensure safe care for residents.
3. Developing emergency response plans in alignment with organizational direction and collaborating with relevant departments for national emergencies.
4. Driving operational process improvements.
5. Identifying, developing, coaching, and mentoring high-potential nursing staff for key leadership positions.
6. Managing manpower resources and providing consultation to stakeholders on recruitment and retention strategies.
7. Setting directions, targets, and work plans that align with organizational priorities.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and managing nursing functions.
