[What you will be working on]
. Conceptualise strategic plans and execute business development efforts for the NLB Academy.
. Perform the role of Account Manager to cultivate close relationships with targeted stakeholders to further partnership and engagement.
. Conduct comprehensive assessment on opportunities and risks in identified emerging markets and lead the team in exploring and expanding market share.
. Guide the team in identifying and growing a pool of internal and external trainers to develop, customise and deliver tailored Library and Archives programmes based on market demands.
. Oversee and manage daily operations of NLB Academy.
[Who are we looking for]
. A strong track record with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Continuing Education and Training, Learning and Development or a related profession. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Assistant Director role.
. Those with experience in Business Development would have an added advantage.
. Passionate about current and emerging trends in library and information science, continuous education, and professional development.
. Proven ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
