Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues on installed Building Automation Systems.
Development of program and graphics design for upgrading works.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with control devices and instrumentation.
Perform Building Automation system maintenance on assigned sites.
Managing risk assessment, safe work procedures and SOP.
Create and maintain site documentations such as PM forms, risk assessment and any other documents needed for the site maintenance.
Prioritize and organize tasks and set in motion the sequence to achieve the desired objectives with the turn-around time required.
Conform to project site safety and housekeeping requirements.
Develop and enforce software standards and process.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in Building Automation, HVAC and similar process and control systems.
Good understanding of maintenance environments, corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
Experience in maintenance/troubleshooting of Building Maintenance System (BMS), Extra Low Voltage systems (ELV), DDC/PLC programming and SCADA design & operation.
QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/Facilities Maintenance or any other relevant Engineering discipline from a reputable local or foreign institution.
Safety certifications (BCSS, W@A, bizSAFE etc.) will be an added advantage.
