Assistant Engineer (ISCS)
Job Purpose
The Assistant Engineer, Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS) is responsible to perform Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of Circle Lines ISCS systems such as Central Management System, Depot Management System, Station Management System and Plant Management System.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of an Assistant Engineer, Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS) are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Responsible for the general housekeeping, safety, and security of all the ISCS equipment rooms and home office areas at all times.
Plan, schedule and perform daily maintenance activities, Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM) of ISCS system & equipment.
Perform monthly review of completed work orders and close work orders on the MAXIMO.
Comply with and exercise safety at all times in accordance with all Safety Procedures.
To be responsible for the safety of self, peers at workplace; off and on trackside throughout working period.
Assist in safety inspection/audits of ISCS system/equipment.
Act as PMPICSPIC for any ISCS work.
Provide maintenance support in fault-finding and investigation.
Assist in the keeping track of spare parts and consumable items usage and movement.
Carry out functional check of ISCS equipment and follow up on any abnormalities observed.
Assist in the disposal of condemned and unusable/obsolete ISCS equipment or parts.
Carrying of tool bag (5-12kg), distributed amongst 2-3 team members
Transportation, installation and dismantling of equipment (average 15kg)
Walking on trackside (concrete slab track), up to 2km
Administrative duties, if required, electronic tablet, on trackside and in office
Staff required to perform maintenance on equipment installed on ground level at trackside,
Required to climb ladder not more than 3m for equipment checks.
Every staff in Circle Line is responsible for their own as well as their Teams Safety.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electronics Engineering from any recognized institution.
Candidates with no experience are welcomed
Able to work on 3 shift rotating schedule.
Class 3 Licence will be advantage.
