Description
- Lead, guide and train technicians
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment reported by customers
- Check parts needed and ascertain costs of parts
- Repair Samsung CE product at customer's place
- Update repair status in the system and follow up the case until job finish
- Answer customers queries about repair details and parts change
- Escalate case to principal if necessary
- Visit customers to repair equipment on-site
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Independent and ability to work as a team
- Willing to learn
- Positive attitude
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Able to converse/explain in English
- Able to carry/bring down heavy home applicance/s
- Prefer to have electronic product repair experience
- Preferably with washer/fridge repair experience
- Singapore class 3 driving license is a MUST
Training will be provided.
Working hours: Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm / Saturday from 9am to 1pm (but must support full day)
