Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities

- Perform repair, troubleshooting and commissioning of Caterpillar engines/

machines / equipment.

- Coordinate and communicate with customer.

- Develop strategies to improve quality of technical support, and to improve service.

- Review set up for technical support with principals

Requirements

- Diploma in Marine / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics

- 2-3 years working experience in the construction/marine or mechanical handling

equipment industry or 5 years experience with Industrial Technician Certificate

- Ability to organise and lead with plenty of drive and initiative

- Shipyard working experience / sea going experience will be an advantage.
