Responsibilities:
- Meet the day-to-day needs of hybrid, live, and virtual events for both external and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, venues suppliers, and suppliers.
- Coordinate all aspects of event management, client management and crew management
- Distribute project management documentation to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Create detailed event proposals, including timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing, and budgets.
- Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report outcomes, implementing improvement plans.
- Support and mentor the team effectively.
- Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the event industry or related experience.
- Detailed, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a flair in customer servicing a must
- Good client relations skills
- Manage multiple projects, work well under pressure, within tight timelines and able to work well individually and as a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel) and Google Workspace applications
- Candidates with prior experience in events management, platform management and/or customer servicing preferred.
- Good communication and written skills
