Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies.
- Assist with hiring and rostering of staff where necessary.
- Assist in conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in responding to and managing customer feedback and enquiries - both online and offline and implement strategies to improve service quality if necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in F&B
- WSQ Food Hygiene certification
- Fluent in English
- Team player with a good learning attitude
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Meticulous and takes pride in work
- Strong leadership, self-motivated and good people skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Official working hours:
- Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun: 9.30 - 6.30pm
- Wed: 9.30 - 1.30pm
- Closed on PH
License/Certification:
- WSQ Food Safety Level 1 (Required)
