Assistant Facilities Manager
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
As an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL, your primary responsibility is to drive excellent daily operations and ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment for everyone. You will play a crucial role in planning and executing all preparations needed for meetings, conferences, and VIP visits, as well as ensuring high standards of building condition and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Excellent Daily Operations:
Perform daily check-ins around the building and lobby to maintain high housekeeping standards.
Oversee the maintenance of the building's interior and exterior.
Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Provide input and ideas to improve the overall performance of the facility.
Coordinate with vendors to review their services and resolve service issues.
Promoting Client Satisfaction:
Build and maintain positive tenant relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
Handle client and tenant queries in a professional manner.
Attend meetings and coordinate with local authorities as required.
Ensure tenants expectations are met and work closely with them to address any concerns.
Ensure proper adherence to house rules for tenant fitout works and facilitate smooth premises handover and takeover for incoming and outgoing tenants.
Shaping a System of Best Practices:
Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Address difficult issues and find opportunities to enhance operations.
Collaborate with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance and housekeeping standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using facilities management software and tools.
