JOB PURPOSEThe Assistant Facilities Manager will play an important role to ensure a systematic routine is maintained to deliver facilities management services to the quality standard required timely and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the overall FM services of the buildings assigned.
Create a welcoming, clean and safe environment for visitors and staff.
- Attend to breakdown calls, troubleshoot and provide remedial measures.
Conduct routine checks and oversee all FM services such as cleaning, facility maintenance, pest control, landscape and fire safety.- Attend to all building related inspections and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Manage all building related licence applications/renewal and maintain efficient filing system.
- Plan and execute safe management/ fire safety/ emergency response measures.
Ensure submission and proper filing of all risk assessments by contractors/tenants.- Prepare regular status reports.
Other tasks as and when assigned.
Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management / Building Services
- 2-3 years of experience in delivering FM services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Pro-active and customer oriented.
Proficient in MS office applications
- Willingness to work overtime when needed and attend to emergency repairs.
Knowledge of Workplace Health, Safety & Environment would be advantageous.

Pay: $3,- 00 - $4,500.00 per month
